金融界2025年2月3日消息，國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局信息顯示，泰州瑞北工業(yè)爐有限公司取得一項(xiàng)名為“一種大承載爐輥”的專利，授權(quán)公告號CN 222418575 U，申請日期為2024年6月。
專利摘要顯示，本實(shí)用新型公開了一種大承載爐輥，包括軸頭、第一過渡輥套、輥身、第二過渡輥套和減速機(jī)軸頭，所述軸頭、第一過渡輥套、輥身、第二過渡輥套和減速機(jī)軸頭依次相連接，所述輥身內(nèi)套裝有輥芯，所述輥芯與輥身內(nèi)壁之間構(gòu)成至少二點(diǎn)的接觸連接，本實(shí)用新型技術(shù)方案采用了輥身內(nèi)部增加支撐件的方式提高了輥身的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度，在輥身長跨度或者工件重承載或者長時(shí)間熱處理時(shí)，輥身可以保持原有狀態(tài)，消除了微變形現(xiàn)象，提升了爐輥的使用壽命，更換頻率低，經(jīng)濟(jì)性高。
