據(jù)官方介紹，HIPEX1850 是目前國內(nèi)最大、世界第二大尺寸的熱等靜壓裝備，可應(yīng)用于我國航空航天等領(lǐng)域大型核心零部件的加工處理。
官方指出：該裝備的發(fā)布，標(biāo)志著我國熱等靜壓裝備研制技術(shù)在設(shè)備尺寸、加工參數(shù)、模塊化設(shè)計(jì)、智能化控制、設(shè)備穩(wěn)定性等方面取得重大進(jìn)展。
中國鋼研所屬鋼研昊普科技有限公司董事長(zhǎng)呂周晉介紹稱，該公司經(jīng)過熱等靜壓工藝處理的材料組織均勻，致密度極高，材料內(nèi)部的微孔、裂紋、偏析等缺陷可被完全消除。與此同時(shí)，材料的耐磨性、耐腐蝕性以及綜合機(jī)械性能可獲得極大提升，材料疲勞壽命可提高 10-100 倍。
他表示，熱等靜壓技術(shù)是航空航天、電力能源、燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)、消費(fèi)電子、醫(yī)療、半導(dǎo)體等高端制造領(lǐng)域關(guān)鍵零部件生產(chǎn)的必要一環(huán)，是推動(dòng)我國戰(zhàn)略性新材料及核心零部件自主研發(fā)的關(guān)鍵工藝技術(shù)。
