Hubei Roseville New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in August 2019, located in Jingshan City, an important light industry production base in Hubei Province, the company covers an area of 40,000 square meters, with a monthly production capacity of 120 tons (about 700,000 pieces). The company adopts advanced medium-temperature wax-silicone sol precision casting production process, and owns a variety of casting equipments, such as medium-temperature wax injection machine, steam dewaxing machine, gas roaster, fast medium-frequency melting furnace, etc.; and owns precision measuring and measuring instruments, such as contour scanner, three-coordinate measuring machine, salt spray tester, electronic metallurgical analyzer, spectral analyzer, and strength tester. We have the comprehensive ability to develop, design and produce all kinds of precision castings from the market.
The company cooperates with a number of well-known domestic institutions of higher learning. Relying on the advantages of multidisciplinary, high technology and intensive talents, we have successfully applied many kinds of technologies to our products, which are involved in precision castings for aviation, medical treatment, automobile, agricultural machinery, shipbuilding, architectural hardware, industrial parts, decoration and handicrafts. The company can produce according to ASTM/EN/ISO/GB and other and regional industries required material standards and drawings; can produce austenitic stainless steel, ferritic stainless steel, martensitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, carbon steel, low alloy steel and other materials.
At present, the company has a management team with more than 20 years of experience in precision casting. There are 2 senior engineers, 3 engineers and 100 employees. The whole staff has carried out professional training and has strong technical force.

The company is located in Liuhe Automobile Industrial Park, Yongxing Town, Jingshan City, Hubei Province, which is currently attracting investment on a large scale, and the construction results have been outstanding, laying a relevant industrial foundation for the production of casting parts project.
