US imposes AD duty on carbon steel plates imports from Taiwan- The 18th China(Guangzhou) Int’l Plate metal, Bar, Wire, Metal Processing &Setting Equipment Exhibition

According to the report, United States Department of Commerce announced to impose anti-dumping duty on imports of the carbon steel plates from Taiwan and the other eight countries on May 25th.
Among that, the anti-dumping duty rate for China Steel Corporation increased to 75.42%; that for other manufactures rates were 39.52% and that for Shang Chen Steel Co., Ltd. rates was maintained at 3.62%.
In addition, the US International Trade Commission announced the final ruling of foreign imports of steel products damage to the domestic industry. US Department of Commerce depended on the resolution and adjusted the final results of anti-dumping duty on imports of the carbon steel plates from France, Germany, Korea and Taiwan.
