Taiwan’s Yieh Hsing raises carbon steel wire rod prices for Jan - The 21st China (Guangzhou ) Int’l tube & pipe Processing Equipment Exhibition

Yieh Hsing Enterprise Co., Ltd., one of the wire rod manufacturers in Taiwan, announced its new prices of steel wire rod for January today (December 31st).
According to the price adjustment, the price of carbon steel wire rod was hiked by NT$500/ton, while that of stainless steel wire rod was kept unchanged.
Currently, Yieh Hsing’s price of al-killed wire rod was at NT$28,000/ton; that for blast furnace killed steel was settled at NT$29,300/ton; that for electric furnace killed steel was NT$29,100/ton.
Yieh Hsing said that its price adjustment in carbon steel wire rods was to reflect the cost due to the high prices of raw materials recently.
