Severstal, a company mainly operated in the steel and mining industry in Russia, invested around 1 billion rubles this year to modernize its Izhora Pipe Mill, and it will start to produce welded pipes with a diameter of 508 mm from early 2020, with an annual production capacity of 600,000 tons.
