It is reported that Posco announced to withdraw the cold rolled and coated steel plate co-operation in Chongqing, China, was eventually disbanded and was expected to be negotiated in November.
In September 2013, Posco has signed the cold rolling and coating business cooperation Letter of Intent (MOU) with the local state-owned iron and steel enterprises Chongqing Iron and Steel Company, with the investment of RMB147 million to develop cold rolling industry, and the coating industry to invest about RMB271 million.
