It was reported that China''s stainless steel 400 series were expected to be oversupplied in these couple years and will face the situation of chromium materials controlled by foreign mining enterprises.
The report showed the capacity of stainless steel 400 series production from 860,000 tons in 2005 to 4.46 million tons in 2014.
